Our philosophy at Norwest Tax is that our staff do not set a stopwatch when you call or email. We don't compete for work on price but for the quality of service provided and we present very good value for money and no surprises. Our current charge out rates are actually lower than unqualified accountant at other accounting practices.
We are always prepared to provide an estimate of fees before the commencement of each assignment. Our motto so far as fees are concerned is "value for money and no bad surprises".
Fees are generally calculated based on the time and expertise devoted to each assignment. That time is carefully recorded on our computerised costing system by partners and staff.
Rates charged are based on the levels of skill and responsibility of the individual partner or staff member involved.
Norwest Tax believe strongly in being very transparent about what is being charged for and when. Wherever possible we offer fixed fees for an item of work rather than charging by the usual 6 minute interval other accounting practices charge.
